She is a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and has training in offering psychological support for Bariatric clients & also the Neurodivergent client. Gillian has helped many clients who have found the transitions of adolescence, midlife, and menopause challenging, helping not only to change their relationship with food, but also to deal with difficulties around assertiveness, self-confidence & body image. Gillian has eating disorder expertise and experience with depression, anxiety & relationship issues too, enabling her to take a holistic approach with a combination of nutritional & psychological interventions; making sure that your journey to recovery is safe & effective. She believes that change takes place when you are carefully heard & understood through a caring but professional relationship.
