As a passionate Nutritional Therapist and Trauma-Informed Health Coach, I specialise in emotional & binge eating, weight management, pre- and post-bariatric surgery and mental health.

For years, I had struggled with hormonal issues, weight loss, body image and self-confidence. But I grew through my struggles. I learnt to love and accept myself for who I was, flaws and all.

My journey led me towards completing a Certified Health & Nutrition coaching program with Precision Nutrition followed by a Nutritional Therapy Diploma course at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition and multiple CPD courses in the weight management and disordered eating fields.

My mission is to inspire and motivate positive CHANGE towards a healthy relationship with food, emotions and thoughts through adopting sustainable nutritional and lifestyle habits in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. One step at a time.

With a deep understanding of the complex interplay between body and mind, I will show you that health is not about fitting into a certain mould but feeling nourished, strong and joyful.
