I specialise in working with people with disordered eating as well as people considering, or who have had, bariatric surgery. I am experienced in working with neurodivergent people who are struggling with their mental health and weight. I also have lived experience of disordered eating and personal experience of neurodivergence.

I believe everyone is unique so I individually tailor the way I work with you using a range of therapeutic techniques. I am an empathic, non-judgemental therapist and offer a safe, confidential and therapeutic space in our work together. I believe that you deserve to have the right support to move forward in a way that’s right for you. Together, we will build a tool kit of positive coping mechanisms to help support you.

I am able to work with religious and cultural attitudes and complexities around food and how that might impact on you. I am particularly knowledgeable of the Jewish religion and culture.
